Bo’ness United Football Club is seeking to appoint a First Team Coach to join our management team ahead of the upcoming season.

Essential Requirements:

✅ Minimum UEFA C Licence
✅ Experience coaching within men’s football
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Commitment to supporting player development and team performance

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of training sessions
• Support matchday preparation and analysis
• Work closely with the management team and players
• Help drive standards and performance throughout the first-team squad
